Rental Application

Each person over the age of 18 years must fill out a Rental Application and sign the Authorization To Verify Application Information.  These may be emailed to Leasing (at) JMSHomesLLC.com or faxed back to 678-716-7905.

The application fee must be paid before we will begin to process your application.  You may pay your NON REFUNDABLE application fee by credit or debit card with our PAYMENT PROCESSOR.
